I originally bought it for my knees and I can definitely feel a difference, but the best outcome has been for right my shoulder...I was about to go and get a cortisone shot, but I rub this on 3 days a week and I have no pain at all. Amazing! Give it a go. Also, follow the instructions as it's more effective 🙂
