For best results, apply your rub in 3 layers:

1. Generously apply to the area with a light massage.
2. Reapply with deeper pressure to boost circulation.
3. Finish with the 3rd application, apply the rub to the affected area as directed on the product label.

Use three times consecutively, repeating three times per day for the first week. 

After the first week, use as needed. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.

Unfortunately, sample costs are passed on to the end consumer, and because we strive to keep our pricing as low as possible, we decided long ago to stop offering samples.

That depends on how and where it’s used, for example, applying to a large area like the back will use more than a small area like the wrist. Everyone’s usage varies.
